Your Business is like a plant .. it needs to be fed to grow

Setting goals for 2014 ... setting them in 2014 isn't the best time to start.. it should have been something started month ago. But perhaps better late then never. My Scentsy Business has definitely taken a back seat. I seem to run into many Scentsy consultants who report that they have dropped out. Why?? Not getting customers interested in hosting parties, Difficult to get into a craft / trade show, difficult to find people interested in the Business opportunity ... how do you sell the Business Opportunity when the Business is not thriving for you. What is the failure ... the Business or the Business Owner. I LOVE the products Scentsy Offers ... I am a very happy customer ... I want to be a very happy Business Owner. Time to set some goals and give my Business some time and a chance to grow. If you don't feed it .. it will die !! Goal number one: Spend 3 days a week learning about Scentsy Products & Business. Scentsy Corporate office has provided a massive amount of information & training material for consultants. I will also make time to learn from others .. those that have been successful in Multi Level Marketing. I KNOW FROM FIRST HAND .. I LOVE THE PRODUCTS SO MUCH THAT I WANT EVERYONE TO EXPERIENCE IT. If I was not a consultant ... I would continue to share this with others. So ... I have one of the main ingredients already and making my business a success .. I LOVE THE PRODUCTS, I LOVE THE COMPANY. Scentsy really does sell it self once you have a product experience .. THAT IS THE Problem .. getting people to have the product experience .. AND NOT LET COST BE AN ISSUE. I think the cost for the products are fair. I have found too often people at trade events .. LOVE THE PRODUCTS .. but do not want to pay ... every body wants things for nothing ... CHEAP. Scentsy IS AFFORDABLE to all income levels. You can not put a price on the experience that you can have with the products. Scentsy is far more than just having your home, office smell nice. You are creating such a wonderful place that is inviting .. evokes memories. Time to figure out a way to share my passion for this Business and product. Happy New year .... Let's welcome 2014

The end of 2013 should be a time of reflection ... and to be used to start the New Year on a positive & successful path. If you do not take the time to look back at what you did well and where you need to improve or refocus ... then you may continue to travel in the same direction. Which may or may not be what you want. If you have not done so yet ... reflect and plan your route for 2014. Are you driving the vehicle or are you just a passenger??? Where are you right now?? Where do you want to go in 2014?? How are you going to get there?? Start with a small goal that is achievable to move you in the direction you desire, and as hurdles come up .. look at your route and reposition as needed. REMEMBER ... SEEK HELP .. You do not have to do this alone .. find a mentor and ask for support .. advice along the way. WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR 2014?? What do you need to achieve them?
