Product Experience

Scentsy is a sensory product, which means it needs to be SEEN & SMELLED for it to Sell. This means as a Bunisess, it is our job as Consultants to brand ourselves and introduce everyone we meet to Scentsy. We certainly do have something for the entire family. In order to introduce people to Scetnsy .. you really have to get out and about. Host a Basket or Home Party, Fundraisers, Craft Events, Give samples away .... do on line Parties. Be creative. Join various Meet up or Networking Groups. It's not always easy, and we often have to break out of our own comfort levels, but as a Scentsy Customers as well as Scentsy Consultant, just share your own stories. Why you love the products & the Business. How and where you use Scentsy. Your love and passion for Scentsy will shine thru and you will find it easy once you just speak from the heart. Your not trying to sell any one anything .. you are just sharing your experience and that alone, will make people what to have their own experience with Scentsy as well ... You are just the vehicle to get them there. Every ounce of effort and hard work gets you closer to the main goal. Nothing happens over night but every single party you host, every new recruit you get and new customer you earn is another step closer to YOUR hard earned success. Adapt or Perish?

Secret of survival is to embrace change, and to adapt. " All things fall and are built again, and those who build them again are happy. by W.B Yeats 2012 is coming to an end, this is the perfect time to reflect on your Business and see where you are, what have you done in 2012 that worked or didn't work. Look at your successes, and failures. What can you do to make 2013 better. Are you willing to do the work and adapt to changes required to keep your Business moving forward or will you PERISH?? We have heard it time and again .. but have not actually sat down to apply this: GOAL SETTING! Make just a few goals between now and Dec 31. Make sure your goals are realistic. Set a schedule of what actions need to happen, and a time line by when? Once you have completed these items, and achieved the goal, on time .. you will feel empowered to continue the proces .. EXPANDING your goals and reaching further from your grasp knowing that you will make the necessary steps to accomplish them.
